(1) Dated June 23, 1876. Donisthorpe would be delighted to possess a copy of Fleay's Shakespeare papers; Fleay has inspired him with a love of science for its own sake; (2) Dated Feb. 8, 1877. He sympathizes with Fleay in the recent loss of his father; mentions a problem Fleay is having with his publishers; (3) Dated Feb. 7, 1878. Donisthorpe discusses letting his house and looking for another one; he mentions he has seen next to nothing of the magazines and reviews during his pilgrimages, so he doesn't know whether Fleay has contributed anything new of late to the Shakespearian literature.
